Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your furniture. If you’re not satisfied, the following applies:
- 30‑day returns on eligible, unused items in original packaging.
- Non‑returnable: custom/special orders, mattresses, clearance, and items marked final sale.
- Return shipping and a 15% restocking fee may apply for non‑defective returns.
- Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we’ll arrange repair, replacement, or refund.
